Job summary

Wells is seeking a Production Laborer in the United States to support daily manufacturing operations by stripping, setting up, and pouring beds with safety and efficiency. You will work closely with Quality Control and supervision to ensure products meet standards while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Position involves movement across Production, Yard, and Patching areas and a focus on Lean improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Interpersonal communication skills required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Work with co workers to strip set up and pour beds in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control Department to ensure optimal product quality.
• Follow directions from the Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Be flexible to work in all areas including Production, Yard, Patching and other departments as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and strong housekeeping practices at all times.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
