Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6-12 months prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older (summer help excluded).
• Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High focus on quality and safety.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills; ability to read measuring devices.
• Ability to use basic, pneumatic, and power tools; operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conform to safety guidelines and operate equipment.
• Wear PPE and meet production targets.
• Utilize SOPs and Standard Work Instructions to complete work.
• Learn SAP, MII, MES processes.
• Support daily and monthly production goals and process improvements.
• Cross-train within department and assist training of new staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
