Job summary

You will troubleshoot equipment, maintain analyzers, and use CMMS for maintenance activities. Training of new staff and achieving production KPIs are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or apprenticeship preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work permit processes and comply with all safety policies.
• Maintain analyzers and ensure quality requirements per QAP.
• Troubleshoot equipment upsets and restart plants as needed.
• Read and understand P&ID and control logic.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Maintain compliance with CMMS/EAM.
• Meet production KPIs and performance goals.
