Job summary

Linde plc is hiring in Morenci, AZ for a position focused on safe operations, process control, and maintenance within a hazardous environment. You will apply permit processes, perform troubleshooting, and ensure product quality by maintaining analyzers and complying with the Linde QA program.

The role requires a High School diploma (Associates preferred), valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates in Applied Sciences or equivalent apprenticeship preferred.
• Motivated, self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have current and valid driver’s license.
• Able to meet physical job demands (lift 50 pounds, stairs and ladders).

Responsibilities

• Follow safety permit processes, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure safety and hazard recognition through the HWP process.
• Identify and develop LOTOs as required.
• Understand and comply with environmental permits and regulations.
• Understand air separation processes and adjust controls for desired flows and purities.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process upsets and restart plants as needed.
• Maintain analyzers to meet customer quality requirements.
• Use EAM/CMMS to maintain compliance.
• Read P&ID and control loop IO logic.
• Assist training and development of new employees.
• Follow all SOPs and technical bulletins.
• Perform responsibilities per safety, operations, quality, and environmental requirements.
