Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to read and understand batch tickets; basic math skills.
• Able to lift 55 pounds and work on elevated surfaces as needed.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and load pigments and resins into mills.
• Adjust controls to regulate temperature and time.
• Observe safety precautions to prevent injuries.
• Monitor process conditions and equipment indicators.
• Package and label finished products per regulations.
• Load/unload trucks and pick finished goods for shipping.
• Maintain production logs and participate in safety programs.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment.
