Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery as assigned.
• Load and unload parts into baskets for plating and drying processes.
• Monitor production processes and report issues to supervisors.
• Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and identify defects.
• Report defects, inconsistencies, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished goods.
• Move products between workstations using carts and pallet jacks.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and report material usage/shortages.
• Complete production forms, checklists, logs, and related documentation.
• Enter production data into ERP/MES systems as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety procedures.
• Participate in safety training and support a zero-injury culture.
• Communicate production status, delays, quality concerns, and equipment issues to team members and supervisors.
