Job summary

RAF Electronic Hardware, part of MW Components, is seeking a dependable Production Associate to support daily production operations on the Seymour, CT site. You will operate equipment, manage plating and drying processes, perform quality inspections, handle materials, and maintain a clean, safe work environment to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.

responsibilities include following SOPs, loading/unloading materials, and communicating production status to the team.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and load/unload parts for plating and drying processes.
• Monitor production processes and report issues to supervisors.
• Perform quality inspections and document findings.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow PPE guidelines.
• Enter production data into ERP/MES systems as required.
• Assist in inventory accuracy and material handling.
• Support safety training and a zero-injury culture.
