You will maintain plating bath chemistry, perform analyses, monitor controls, and aid in quality assurance for both precious and non-precious metal plating applications.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of laboratory or electroplating experience preferred.
• Experience with precious metal plating desirable.
• Familiarity with barrel plating and reel-to-reel plating operations preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine chemical analysis and titrations on plating baths and process solutions.
• Monitor and maintain chemistry for electroplating lines.
• Record analytical data accurately and maintain laboratory logs and reports.
• Assist in troubleshooting plating defects and support QA activities.
• Support production personnel with process adjustments and quality documentation requirements.
