Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a shipping/receiving associate for the 3rd shift (10:00pm - 6:30am). Responsibilities include reading PMI’s and JSA’s, supporting safety initiatives, and ensuring on-time, accurate customer shipments.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, perform basic math, operate a fork truck and related equipment, and use systems like Microsoft Outlook, Oracle, and Wavefront to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, comprehend, and understand work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Operate fork truck, electric hoist, scales, and label machines.

What you will enjoy doing*

• You will read, understand, and useProduct Manufacturing Instructions (PMI’s), Job-Safety Analysis’ (JSA),and schedules to accomplish daily production tasks
• Further you will support andparticipate in current and new safety initiatives/policies as businessneeds arise
• You will ensure customer shipments are filled on time and in the correct quantities based on the purchase order requirements
• Additionally, you will ensure inventory accuracy by performing basic math and maintaining an organized workspace
• You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to complete tasks on-time while meeting all safety and quality requirements
• You will perform the necessary steps required for shipping and receiving in computer systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Oracle and Wavefront
• You will have the basic knowledge and understanding of fork trucks and associated material handling equipment

• Further you must be able to read,comprehend and understand work instructions
• Youalso must be able to add, subtract,multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Additionally,you must be able to operate fork truck, electric hoist, scales, and labelmachines
• Also,you should be comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending,reaching, hand and finger manipulation, occasional stooping, crouching, climbingand capable of lifting 40lbs
• Youmust be able to wear a full face or half face respirator
• Basic computer skills in MicrosoftSuite are preferred for this role
