Future CDJR of Concord is seeking experienced Automotive Production Technician - Level 1. Our Bay Area Dealerships are a joint venture bringing two great family-owned dealer groups together, the Future Automotive Group and the Hansel Automotive Group. Pay Scale: The Production Technician - Level 1 Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.00. This position may also include an assigned unit value that may range from $0.00 (if no baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. This position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Our level 1 CDJR Production Technicians can earn as much as $10,000 per month!!, depending on their productivity

Responsibilities

• Perform Used Car Reconditioning
• Maintain a customer-first attitude with a focus on productivity
• Collaborate effectively with writers, parts department, and other technicians
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Complete PDIs (Pre-delivery inspections)
• Perform recalls
• Report concerns to the service manager
• Complete all training as directed by the employee handbook and the service manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Required 2+ years of automotive repair experience
• Some post-secondary automotive training
• High school diploma or GED
• Results-oriented self-starter
• Demonstrated desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly
