TheGroppetti AutomotiveFamily seeks a CDJR Hybrid Technician in California to diagnose customer concerns, repair vehicles, and perform multi-point inspections. You will maintain records, ensure high safety and quality, and deliver cars back in better condition.

Qualified applicants have an automotive degree or trade training, multiple years of shop experience, and a valid driver's license. The role requires Monday–Saturday availability and excellent verbal/written communication.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology or Trade School Certification desired
• At least four years of shop experience
• Manufacturer training desired
• Must have a professional set of tools necessary for this position
• Valid driver's license
• Available to work Monday through Saturday
• Dedicated to excellence
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 to $40.00. Flat Rate incentive may be available and could range from $70.00 to $80.00 dependent on certifications held. The position also may pay a production bonus on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmark is not met) without a fixed upper limit.
