Typical shifts run 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am, Monday through Saturday, with starting pay of $15.00 per hour. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools; read and follow instructions.
• Basic math including fractions and decimals; read simple drawings.
• Experience reading tape measures and making precise measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform assembly operations per procedures.
• Fabricate and produce component parts for final assembly.
• Handle materials, loading/unloading and storage.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and inspect products for defects.
• Read work orders, schedules and basic drawings; measure with precision tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals; report issues to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
