You’ll operate in a 1st shift, Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm, and join a company that emphasizes a strong work environment and career growth. The position requires basic manufacturing skills, ability to read work orders, and readiness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• A high degree of technical skills and assembling techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand and follow job orders and work procedures.
• Ability to perform work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and perform repetitive assembly of various trailer component parts using blueprints or work instructions.
• Safely utilize various measuring and inspection instruments.
• Use various power and hand tools in a safe manner.
• Work with a variety of materials, including steel, sheet metal, aluminum, solvents, oils and abrasives.
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality standards.
• Organize parts and equipment to maximize efficiency within department.
