Job summary

JMT Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a hands-on Production Technician II to join an electronics assembly team in Acton, MA. This full-time role offers a $30–38/hour wage on the 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday).

You will read schematics, build wiring harnesses and subassemblies, test functionality, and document results in a collaborative setting. The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years in electronics assembly, strong dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in electrical or electronics assembly.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong manual dexterity with hand tools and good attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex wiring harnesses, subassemblies, and integrated systems.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and written procedures.
• Test and verify functionality of completed assemblies.
• Perform calibration and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide feedback to engineering on assembly procedures and improvements.
• Follow verbal and written technical instructions with minimal supervision.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on technician with experience building complex electrical assemblies who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble complex wiring harnesses, subassemblies, and integrated systems

Required Qualifications
