Job summary

Technical Needs is hiring Machine Operators on 1st shift in Massachusetts for a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. You will operate surface mount machines, use microscopes and measuring tools, and report downtime or malfunctions.

The role emphasizes quality, lean processes, and ISO standards, with cross-training across multiple assembly work centers. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• IPC 610 certification is a plus.

Their power systems are innovative technology used underwater, on land, and in the air.Job OverviewYou will operate surface mount machines and related equipment, report on equipment downtime or malfunction.Utilize microscopes, hand tools, measurement and test equipment to perform daily tasks.You will cross-train and be certified in other areas as well so this is a GREAT learning opportunity!You’ll be responsible for utilizing microscopes, hand tools, and test equipment, as well as cross-training in multiple assembly work centers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those experienced in PCB, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing, especially in environments focused on Lean, ISO standards, and high-volume production.You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, teamwork skills, and computer literacy are essential, along with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
