Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing materials and components.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to read English-language work instructions and production docs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fixtures according to work instructions and production priorities.
• Ensure assemblies meet quality standards and specifications.
• Communicate progress, shortages, and issues to supervisor promptly.
• Assist with packaging, shipping finished products and materials as needed.
• Support CNC operations with material loading/unloading and routine maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Operate and handle hand/power tools and equipment required for tasks.
• Perform basic visual inspections and report defects to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area and proper storage of tools.
