Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Arlington, TN is seeking an entry-level Production Associate to support the final processing line. You will perform packaging, labeling, and assembly tasks and ensure quality standards are met. Team collaboration and adherence to procedures are essential.

Experience in manufacturing is preferred; high attention to detail and ability to work overtime, including weekends, are required. Onsite schedule supports Friday and Saturday with early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in manufacturing/production/warehouse or related environment.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Willingness to work overtime, including extended shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean, assemble, label, pouch, auto-bag, package, and shrink wrap finished products.
• Attend daily team meetings and communicate production priorities.
• Record production activity and labor transactions in company systems.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and packaging specifications.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure operational success.
