Job summary

Stryker in United States (Tennessee) is seeking a production associate to support Prophecy product lines. You will print routers, create labels, package products, perform quality inspections, and ensure orders are delivered with high accuracy and in full compliance with GMP standards.

The role requires reading and following work instructions, adherence to ergonomic practices, and collaboration with leads and supervisors during daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of GMP practices and documentation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow procedures, work instructions, and ergonomic practices.
• Experience operating labeling, carton, and auto-bag stations.

Responsibilities

• Print routers, label creation, packaging, and final processing for Prophecy products.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and regulatory standards.
• Follow work instructions and manufacturing processes.
• Move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods through production.
• Maintain GMP/GDP compliance and participate in continuous improvement.
• Record production activity accurately in company systems.
• Meet production, quality, and productivity goals.
• Attend daily meetings and collaborate with teammates and supervisors.
• Complete required training and maintain a safe work environment.
