Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (and/or relevant experience).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong written/oral communication.
• Good attendance and ability to read/interpret business documents.
• Able to read and interpret reports, memos and instructions.
• Familiarity with inventory/manufacturing software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Plan operation schedules and run orders with Manager approval.
• Coordinate with departments to meet customer deadlines.
• Estimate work hour requirements from production schedules.
• Create detailed schedules to hit shipment dates and specs.
• Develop process plans including personnel, resources and space.
• Identify efficiency improvements in methods, equipment and layout.
• Train and cross-train staff within the area.
