Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) represents a leading OEM integration company seeking a Production Technician I in Plano, TX. This temp-to-hire role supports Production Operations, with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and a pay range of $22.00-$24.00 per hour.

You’ll install and configure OSes, assemble and test hardware, perform quality inspections, and document production activities. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in hardware/electronics manufacturing, can lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, and works

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with computer hardware, electronics, manufacturing, or technical assembly.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and follow written instructions.
• Experience with Windows or Linux is preferred.
• Able to lift 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs with assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and team player.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure operating systems across various hardware platforms.
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot computer hardware and system components.
• Perform inspections, diagnostic testing, and quality checks on finished products.
• Identify defective hardware and document production activities.
• Work from SOPs and build documentation to meet production schedules and quality standards.
