Job summary

LanceSoft in Whitsett, NC, seeks a Production Machine Operator – Electronics for hands-on assembly, testing, and component handling in a manufacturing setting. You will work with server components and use both automated and manual tools, while following strict safety and quality standards.

Shifts available: 1st 6:30 am–3:00 pm; 2nd 3:30 pm–12:00 am with overtime. Drug test is required; strong attention to detail and manual skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience, electronics/server hardware preferred.
• Familiarity with safety and ESD protocols; ability to operate data entry and equipment interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, repair, and assembly of components to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Assemble server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory, storage, and power supplies.
• Operate automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols; log production data and defects.
• Identify root causes through hardware analysis or test replication; move materials through integrated systems.

Location:6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377, United States

Pay Rate – $17.50/hr for 1st shift and 19.25 USD hourly on W2 for 2nd shift

Shift : 1st shift, 6,30 am – 3.00 pm/2nd Shift- 3.30pm – 12.00 am (OT required)
Drug test required

Description:

• This role focuses on hands-on assembly, testing, and component handling within the manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail and manual skills.

Primary Focus

• Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to comply with production schedules and quality standards
• Assemble server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.
• Operate automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
• Log production data and report any defects or process deviations
• Perform Hardware analysis or test replication to identify the root cause of defects
• Perform material movements through integrated systems
• Comply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems

Minimum Requirements

Education: High school diploma or technical certification.

Experience: Less than 1-year relevant experience, with experience in electronics or server hardware assembly preferred.

Skills: Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity; familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures ; basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interface ; and ability to lift and handle server components safely.
