Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition North America, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to support general production activities, set up equipment, monitor the filling process, and assist with final packaging for distribution.

You will work under the Lead, Production Supervisor, or Manufacturing Manager to ensure smooth operations. The role requires adherence to GMPs, HACCP/SSOP, and safety policies, plus flexibility to work weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Education: Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to safely operate a tow motor.
• Follow SOPs per HACCP, SSOP and Quality manuals.
• Reliable, team player with safety mindset.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and overtime.
• Effective verbal communication with supervisor.
• Strong communication in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs and wear PPE per safety guidelines.
• Operate Bone Dumper machinery, including Dumper loading and Crane system.
• Operate Pallet Jacks and Tow Motors as needed (certified).
• Assist with Pack-Off operations and labelling requirements.
• Complete paperwork and documentation for packaging.
• Maintain labeling and monitor temperatures for quality control.
• Support sanitation practices and cleaning as part of batch readiness.
• Set up and operate production and automated packaging equipment.
• Maintain lot/batch management and adherence to USDA/allergen rules.
