Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and self-driven.
• Experience in a food manufacturing plant preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assemble/pack product meeting line standards.
• Lift and move cases up to 50 pounds.
• Check packaging material for damage and notify leadership.
• Maintain GMP and sanitation practices; monitor equipment.
• Ensure correct pallet labeling and proper sealing of bags/boxes.
• Adjust tape machine configurations for different case sizes.
• Adhere to safety rules and PPE usage.
• Communicate production issues to team members.
