Job summary

InCharge Energy is seeking a Production Technician I to support production, testing, inspection, and quality control of EV charging infrastructure and related electrical products. You will work with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to troubleshoot issues and help drive timely resolutions.

This role emphasizes documentation, compliance with standards including NEC, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. US hourly range $22-$23, full-time, with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Test electrical products and charging infrastructure for full functionality.
  • Inspect and verify electrical systems meet NEC and InCharge standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Complete QA/QC reports, logs, and quality incident documentation.
  • Log inspection results and corrective action updates accurately.
  • Use specialized tools to measure performance and support pre-commissioning.
  • Identify issues in the quality management system and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area in warehouse or production.
  • Follow safety policies and PPE requirements during duties.
  • Maintain knowledge of all product SKUs in the system.
  • Manage timelines including pre-commissioning deadlines and daily inspections.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

As a Production Technician I, you will support production, testing, inspection, and quality control activities for InCharge Energy’s EV charging infrastructure and related electrical products. This role is responsible forensuring products and installations meet functionality, quality, safety, documentation, and compliance standards. You will work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to troubleshoot product or process issues, complete inspections, maintainaccuraterecords, document quality observations, and help drivetimelyresolution of deficiencies or defects.

WhatYou’llDo

  • Conduct testing of electrical products and charging infrastructure to confirm full functionality and compliance with quality standards
  • Inspect and verify electrical systems to ensure installations meet or exceed InCharge Energy standards and applicable National Electric Code requirements
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and other internal teams to diagnose, resolve, and elevate product, process, or quality issues
  • Complete QA/QC reports, daily reports, testing records, repair records, and quality incident documentation to support traceability, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Accurately log inspection results, quality observations, product deficiencies, and corrective action updates using designated forms and documentation systems
  • Use specialized tools and methods to measure the performance of charging infrastructure and support pre-commissioning activities
  • Identifyissues within the quality management system, suggest solutions, and support continuous improvement of quality processes
  • Organize, maintain, and safeguard the work area to support a clean, safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse or production environment
  • Follow all company safety policies, protocols, and PPE requirements while performing production, inspection, testing, and general duties
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all product SKUs managed within the system to support efficient production, inspection, and quality operations
  • Manage timelines effectively, including pre-commissioning deadlines, daily inspection expectations, and related operational commitments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

US Hourly Range

$22 - $23 USD
