Solid Power is seeking a 1st Shift Production Operator to join our team advancing next-generation all solid-state rechargeable batteries. You will set up, operate, and manage equipment in electrode fabrication and battery cell assembly, working closely with operators, technicians, and engineers.
The role requires 3+ years in a lab or manufacturing setting, experience with hazardous materials, and a meticulous, fast-paced mindset suitable for a startup.

Solid Power is a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative team environment.This position will work closely with production operators, technicians, and engineers to help set up, operate , and manage equipment used in electrode fabrication and battery cell assembly operations.
Hourly Range: $24.00-$30.00/hour
