Job summary

Schaeffler Group USA Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to set up and program operating machines, perform accuracy checks, and oversee ramp-up during start-up procedures.

You will support Operators, follow documented procedures, maintain records, and inspect finished components for approval while adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English.
• Ability to operate complex machinery for use in inspection.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Your Qualifications

Preferred:

• Multiple years of experience operating complex machines in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with power tools
• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
