Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking an Equipment Operator to prepare machines for production, monitor status across sequences, and ensure adherence to documented processes. You will inspect parts, identify defects, and support maintenance to minimize downtime.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to follow English instructions. Prior machine operation experience and the ability to lift medium-heavy objects are preferred; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions write clear communication in English
• Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience of operating machines in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with power tools
• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
• Salary Range: $21.20 - $23.85
• 2nd and 3rd shift premium available
• Hiring Bonus: $1,500 paid out in steps
