Job summary

Central Moloney is seeking a Production Supervisor in Pine Bluff, AR, to lead the production floor, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment and a strong background in lean manufacturing and scheduling.

You will work with planning, materials, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and safe operations. The successful candidate will be proactive and capable of staff development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
• Track record of leading, coaching, and growing a strong team.
• Comfortable with production scheduling and adjusting on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2+ Team Leads and 20+ production employees, building accountability and teamwork.
• Hold regular check-ins, set goals, and give feedback for growth.
• Maintain safety as a top priority and enforce policies.
