Laurelcrest is seeking a Production Technician in McMinnville, OR to participate in blending, manufacturing, packaging, and ensuring product quality. You will document production activities, maintain clean equipment, and support inventory and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is 21+, has a high school diploma or GED, and can lift up to 35 lbs, follow detailed procedures, and communicate effectively as part of a safety-focused team.

• Operate and maintain production and lab equipment, keeping everything clean and running smoothly.
• Document and track production activities with precision — lab notes, logs, inventory counts, and compliance records.
• Champion safety and quality in every step of the process.
• Support inventory management and ensure all materials are accounted for and properly stored.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
• Adapt and flex to support other production projects and initiatives as needed.
