Job summary

Laurelcrest in McMinnville, OR is seeking a Production Technician to join our fast-paced team. You’ll manufacture and package hemp-based products, formulate by weighing and blending ingredients, and operate production and lab equipment.

You’ll document production activities, maintain safety and quality, support inventory, and collaborate across teams. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM with competitive pay and full benefits.

What You Bring

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong math skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures precisely
• Physical capability to: stand for long periods, lift and pour up to 35 lbs, push and pull pallets of supplies and finished products
• A team-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude
