Job summary

Harvey Performance Company is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair cutting-edge CNC machinery in Meridian, ID. The role involves diagnosing and repairing production equipment, including CNC grinding machines and PVD coating centers, and following comprehensive PM schedules.

Collaboration with management, vendors, and other departments is essential to ensure continuous production. Ideal candidates bring a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in a CNC manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a CNC manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and controllers.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair production equipment including CNC grinding machines and PVD coating centers.
• Maintain and follow PM schedules: oil/fluids, filter changes, calibrations.
• Communicate with management and vendors as required.
• Assist with maintenance projects and engineering efforts.

Our CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Our newly renovated facility is in Meridian ID, less than a 20-minute commute from Boise. The Boise area offers a moderate climate with quick access to outdoor recreation.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Diagnose and repair production equipment including our state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines and PVD coating centers.
• Maintain and follow the facilities comprehensive machine PM schedules including:
• Oil and fluid levels
• Filter changes
• Machine or process calibrations
• Communicate with management and machinery vendors as required.
• Assist with Company maintenance projects and engineering efforts.

YOU'LL BRING:

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a CNC manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability and knowledge of trouble shooting and repair of:
• CNC machines and controllers
• Electrical equipment and processes
• Mechanical equipment and processes
• Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
• HVAC systems
• Demonstrated ability to handle numerous maintenance projects simultaneously.
• A desire to succeed in a fast-pacedgrowingcompany.
• An interest in working with new technologies.
• Willingness to work with all departments and provide peer mentoring.
