Job summary

Swarmbotics AI in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a hands-on Production Technician to build, test, and deliver autonomous ground robots from our on-site production floor. You will perform end-to-end assembly from drawings and BOMs, maintain unit traceability with serial numbers and torque records, and help scale the line by standing up fixtures and station layouts.

You will work closely with hardware, embedded, and systems engineering to surface defects early and turn one-off builds into a stable

Qualifications

• Read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and BOMs.
• Perform torque measurements with calibrated tools and ensure traceability.
• Maintain ESD-safe handling and electronics discipline on the bench.
• Document assembly steps, revisions, and test results.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deliver autonomous ground robots from the Phoenix production floor.
• Perform end-to-end mechanical and electrical assembly from drawings and BOMs.
• Maintain unit traceability via serial numbers, torque records, and calibration records.
• Stand up new fixtures, jigs, and station layouts as the line scales.
• Collaborate with hardware, embedded, and systems engineering to surface defects.
