Job summary

Swarmbotics AI is seeking a hands-on Production Technician to build, test, and deliver autonomous ground robots from our Phoenix production floor. You will perform end-to-end assembly, electrical integration, and harness work, while maintaining traceability records for every unit shipped.

You will work closely with hardware, embedded, and systems engineering to surface defects early and help scale the production line as revisions roll out. A strong focus on documentation and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on assembly experience.
• Reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and BOMs.
• Calibrated torque tools and torque traceability.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end assembly of complex electromechanical products.
• Conduct electrical integration, harness work, and sub-assembly.
• Perform station-level functional checks and maintain serial and calibration records.
• Collaborate with hardware, embedded, and systems engineering to surface defects and improve processes.
