Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate, maintain and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment. You will perform quality checks and use automated reporting systems to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of industrial experience in high-speed manufacturing or packaging preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and safety procedures.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including day/night rotations and weekends/holidays.
• Willing to work mandatory overtime and maintain excellent attendance.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

• Prioritize operation and maintenance across multiple pieces of equipment.
• Perform quality checks and record results in automated systems.
• Interpret data to drive quality and productivity decisions in a data-driven environment.
• Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on process equipment.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area as a top priority.
• Complete the MCC Ramsay Test within 6 months.
• Obtain Driver’s License Certification within 6 months.

SALARY:

$31.70/hr + 3.75 hours of daily OT

SHIFT:

12 hours (rotating days/nights) every quarter

As a Maintenance Technician, you will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high speed manufacturing equipment. You would also be responsible to perform quality checks by using powerful quality reporting systems. If you think you’ve got what it takes, we want to hear from you!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate, maintain troubleshoot and repair high speed manufacturing equipment
• Responsible for prioritization of operation and maintenance on multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment
• Perform quality checks and recording them in our automated quality control systems
• Interpret data to make quality and productivity decisions, we’re a data driven company
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on process equipment
• Maintain our work area in accordance with all sanitation and housekeeping standards, safety is our first priority
• Successful completion of the MCC Ramsay Test within 6 mos
• Driver’s License Certification within 6 months

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of industrial experience, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting
• Able and willing to work a rotating 12-hour and other alternate work schedule, including day and night shift rotations, and required weekend and holiday hours
• Able and willing to work mandatory overtime as required
• Superior work history, including good attendance
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures
