Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Maintainer in Arnold, Missouri to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment. You will perform quality checks, interpret data for productivity decisions and carry out routine and emergency maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years in manufacturing, strong mechanical troubleshooting and willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of industrial experience in high-speed manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days/nights, weekends and holidays.
• Overtime as required and good attendance expected.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Prioritize operation and maintenance across multiple machines.
• Record quality checks in automated QC systems and interpret data for decisions.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on process equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following sanitation and housekeeping standards.
