Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and distribute materials; maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Assemble baby bottle components per customer specs.
  • Assemble tethers following instructions.
  • Maintain clean room and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
  • Transport and clean pallets and washroom areas; ensure sanitation.
  • Inspect barrels for residue/contaminants and ensure hygiene.
  • Inspect assembled products for defects per quality guidelines.
  • Log assembly counts, cleaning procedures, and defects.
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols and report hazards.
  • Clean and maintain assembly tools and equipment.
  • Assist with DSP duties and conduct medication passes in absence of Program Coordinator.

The Production Technician is responsible for the efficient handling, organizing, and movement of materials within the facility. Key duties include receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products, ensuring inventory accuracy, assisting with smalls parts assembly, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Duties
  • Conduct self-professionally with truth, accuracy, fairness, and responsibility.

  • Assemble baby bottle components according to customer specifications, ensuring that all parts are handled with care to maintain cleanliness to ensure product safety and durability.
  • Assemble tethers accurately, following detailed instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the clean room, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly to comply with cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Transport and clean pallets in the designated washroom, following outlined cleaning procedures to ensure all items are sanitized properly before transport.
  • Clean and sanitize barrels.
  • Complete activity sheets daily reporting accurate production counts.
  • Inspect barrels for any residue or contaminants to ensure that hygiene requirements are met.
  • Inspect assembled products for defects, ensuring that all items meet quality and safety guidelines before packaging or storage.
  • Monitor supplies for assembly and cleaning.
  • Clean workstation and work area on a regular consistent basis.
  • Report assembly counts, defects, and cleaning logs accurately, maintaining detailed records to support quality assurance and traceability.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, particularly in clean rooms and washrooms, and report any hazards or issues to supervisors.
  • Clean and perform basic maintenance on assembly tools and cleaning equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition.
  • Assist with any DSP duties as required.
  • Conduct medication passes in the absence of a Program Coordinator.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must have a valid operator’s license to drive/operate a Fork Truck.
  • Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record (i.e., less than 3 moving violations within 3 years.)
  • Good computer, oral and written communication skills.
  • Maintains certification for first aid/CPR, and Core A and B for medication administration.
  • Completion of crisis intervention MANDT training upon hire.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
