King City Gardens is seeking a Production Technician to operate on a high-volume cannabis production line, from processing to packaging. The role focuses on meeting production targets while maintaining quality and strict safety and hygiene standards.

The position offers hourly compensation of $21.50 and a Monday–Friday schedule (4pm–1am) in a regulated environment. Applicants should be capable, reliable, and committed to GMP-compliant processes and workplace safety.

Job Description:

Production Technicians are the building blocks of our team, playing a hands-on role in manufacturing cannabis products from initial processing through final packaging. This role involves working on a high-volume manual production line, handling materials, assembling products, and preparing finished goods for distribution to dispensaries. They help keep daily operations running efficiently by meeting production goals, maintaining product quality, and following established safety, hygiene, and production standards.

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods.
• Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Experience in the cannabis, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated production industries.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be capable of standing or sitting for long periods
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must have full dexterity and range of motion in the hands and fingers for precise handling of materials.
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements with the hands and arms for extended periods.
• Must be willing and able to wear all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment provided
