Job summary

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available in Production at a company in Richfield, WI. This is a potential to hire position. The role includes loading materials into hoppers, counting and tracking inventory with RF scanners, and conducting visual inspections of incoming parts.

Shifts are 12-hour days or nights (6:00am–6:00pm or 6:00pm–6:00am, rotating) with wages $18.00-$19.00 per hour. You will monitor automation cell performance, troubleshoot issues, keep the work area clean, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• RF scanner experience a plus, not required.
• Automation machines/equipment experience a plus.
• Adequate computer and math skills.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs, occasionally.
• Ability to identify problems.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Load materials into hoppers and manage inventory using RF scanners.
• Conduct visual inspections of incoming parts.
• Monitor automation cell performance, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and follow cleanroom requirements.
