Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking two temporary Forklift Operators on 1st shift for a project in Green Bay, WI. The roles involve loading/unloading, transporting, labeling, packing, and inventory checks using RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System.

Candidates must operate forklifts/clamps safely, work well in a team, and maintain paper- and inventory accuracy. This is a temporary, on-site assignment with first-shift hours from 6am to 2pm.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or clamps (box/roll)
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and railcars, recording all necessary paperwork
• Transport product to storage areas using equipment and safely stack/store product
• Perform labeling, sorting, packing, and related tasks as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment safely to meet productivity and quality goals
• Check inventory for accuracy and document any discrepancies
• Promote a safe work environment through proper conduct and actions
• Follow RF scanner and WMS procedures during operations
