Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Starting Hourly Rate: $26.15.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment following standard procedures and ensure safe, stable operation.
• Follow safety protocols, report unsafe conditions, and use PPE properly.
• Identify and report equipment or process abnormalities and communicate with team leads.
• Support basic troubleshooting and cleaning tasks (Housekeeping) and assist in resolving minor stops.
• Perform visual and dimensional quality checks and report non-conformities.
• Minimize material waste through proper handling and operation.
• Participate in on-the-job training and learn upstream/downstream process impact.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and suggest ergonomic or procedural improvements.
