Job description

• Assemble, configure, and repair electronic and computer-based systems.
• Build and test custom wire harnesses and assemblies, including soldering.
• Work with engineers and peers to troubleshoot and return systems to operational status.
• Use test equipment such as meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and spectrum analyzers.
• Follow technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and specifications.
• Ensure all work adheres to strict schedules and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Ability to interpret technical documentation, including schematics and hardware / software specifications.
• Proficiency in assembling and testing custom wire harnesses and electronic assemblies.
• Experience with small hand tools, crimping tools, and soldering.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with computers, networks, and hardware / software configurations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

• Knowledge of RF technologies, and wired / wireless networks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair components at the board level.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions and product demonstrations.
• IPC training and / or certifications.

Education & Experience :

• High school diploma with 2-6+ years of relevant experience OR
• Associate’s degree in a relevant field with 1-5+ years of relevant experience.
