Job summary

Cardinal IG in Waxahachie, TX is hiring Production Technicians for 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm–7am). Pay starts at $18.50 for 2nd shift and $19.00 for 3rd shift, plus profit sharing from day one.

This is a full-time role with strong safety culture and clear career paths. You will inspect product quality, maintain a clean and safe work area, meet daily production goals, and collaborate as a valued member of the Cardinal family.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical assessment; random drug screening during employment.

We currently have openings for Production Technicians on our 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) AND 3rd shift (11pm-7am) ONLY.

Physical Ability:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to a range of 50 pounds on a regular basis (depending on position)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical assessment. Adhere to random drug screening for the duration of your employment.

Overtime is not guaranteed. During busy times, some Saturdays could be required.

Pay for these positions is $18.50 for 2nd Shift and $19.00 for 3rd Shift plus profit share eligibility from day one.
