Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a night shift Process Inspector in Norfolk, NE. The role conducts quality checks, inspects materials, and maintains traceability and safety documentation in the company system.

You will operate and troubleshoot machines, assist with packaging, and ensure compliance with procedures. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years related work experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Process Inspector conducts quality checks on the produced product to ensure there are no visible defects
• Visually inspects in-process/finished material while operating informs designated teammates of any machine malfunction or defective product
• Accurately manages traceability information, production information, cleaning documentation, and safety check documentation in the company system with a detail-oriented and quality-focused approach
• Starts machines, observes for correct operation, adjusts, and starts general troubleshooting as needed
• Moves empty and full bags/totes/boxes to and from the machine, adds labels/weighs product/verifies count/adds to box/inserts into shipper as needed, and stacks onto pallet
• Practices department's medical manufacturing and housekeeping procedures and complete cleaning verification checklists as required
• Read, write, comprehend, and follow specifications, procedures, and instructions written in English
• Collaborate effectively with team members, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive and productive team environment
• Assist with other duties as assigned with or without accommodation
• Work overtime as required

Qualifications
