Job summary

Cardinal seeks Production Technicians for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am) in Texas. You will work to meet daily production goals, inspect products for quality, and maintain a clean, safe environment while upholding Cardinal values. Profit sharing starts from day one and comprehensive benefits are included.

Prioritize reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Overtime is not guaranteed; some Saturdays may be required. Sponsorship is not offered at this time.

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

We currently have openings for Production Technicians on our 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) AND 1/3 shift (11pm-7am) ONLY.

Physical Ability:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to a range of 50 pounds on a regular basis (depending on position)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical assessment. Adhere to random drug screening for the duration of your employment.

Overtime is not guaranteed. During busy times, some Saturdays could be required.

Pay for these positions is $18.50 for 2nd Shift and $19.00 for 3rd Shift plus profit share eligibility from day one.
