Job Details

Position: Production Technician

Type: Full-time

Starting Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Bonus Eligible: Yes

As a Production Technician, your role is crucial in maintaining 90% plant uptime, ensuring food safety, and product quality by following SOPs, SSOPs, and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing routine tasks, supporting plant maintenance, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Experience with forklifts and knowledge of GMPs and Food Safety are a plus
• At least 1 year in manufacturing or agricultural environment

Physical and Skills Requirements:

• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures
• Willingness to wear PPE and perform physical labor
• Effective time management and safety awareness
