Your Role: A Daily Overview

What does a day-in-the-life look like? You'll begin by setting up and mixing materials for both manual and machinery-assisted filling tasks. Facing a mechanical hiccup? No worries, you’ll tackle it head-on and keep production flowing smoothly.

Your Duties

  • Complying with operating standards such as ISO procedures and adherence to PPE and SDS guidelines.
  • Carefully reviewing and executing fill ticket instructions.
  • Preparing requisitions and taking cyclical inventory counts.
  • Weighing, heating, and machining processes managed with precision.
  • Ensuring quality and addressing equipment issues swiftly.
  • Adapting to and managing varied assignments.

Skills You'll Need:

  • Excellent team play capabilities and articulate communication.
  • Unwavering integrity and self-reliance in decision-making.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Education & Experience

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent credentials.
  • MRP and ERP system proficiency is a bonus, though it's not crucial.

Physical Activity

  • This job requires long periods of standing and sitting.
  • Must have the ability to occasionally lift weights up to 50 lbs.
