Job summary

AW-Lake Company in Oak Creek, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Technician to build, assemble, and test flow meters. You will work from production book instructions and job paperwork, manufacturing meters and sub-assemblies.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hand-assembly experience, proficiency with basic tools, and good communication. The role requires overtime when needed and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using basic hand assembly tools such as screw drivers, wrenches, drills etc.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma or similar
• 3–5 years’ experience in assembly and testing of mechanical products
• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Epicor – ERP program where you will clock into jobs.

Responsibilities

• Calibration of meters on calibration stands.
• Help maintain equipment used on a daily basis.
• Using a computer to log in and out of jobs and to issue material.
• Completing tasks in a timely manner while keeping work area clean and organized and clearly communicating with other staff.

Pay Transparency:

We are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this position is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

In addition to base compensation, this role includes a comprehensive benefit package which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
