Job summary

AW-Lake is seeking a Production Technician in Wisconsin to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on building, assembling, and testing flow meters, including sub-assemblies, in a fast-paced production environment.

You will follow production instructions, calibrate meters, maintain equipment, and document job activity using computer systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic hand assembly tools such as screw drivers, wrenches, drills etc.
• 3–5 years’ experience in assembly and testing of mechanical products.
• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Epicor ERP usage for clocking into jobs.

Responsibilities

• Build mechanical flowmeters, following Production book instructions and utilizing job paperwork.
• Calibration of meters on calibration stands.
• Help maintain equipment used on a daily basis.
• Log into jobs and issue material using a computer.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner while keeping area clean and communicating with staff.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Technician to join our team at AW Lake Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, assembling, and testing flow meters. Your role includes building a variety of the meters we make and sub‑assemblies that go into them.

Responsibilities

• Build mechanical flowmeters, following Production book instructions and utilizing job paperwork

• Help maintain equipment used on a daily basis.
• Using a computer to log in and out of jobs and to issue material.
• Completing tasks in a timely manner while keeping work area clean and organized and clearly communicating with other staff.
• All other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Epicor – ERP program where you will clock into jobs.

Physical Demands

• Physical Demand(s): Can lift up to 15lbs, sitting and stand for reasonable periods of time
• Visual Demand(s): Ability to look at a computer monitor for reasonable periods of time. Focusing on small components for extended period of time.
• Hazard(s): Manufacturing environment.

Pay Transparency

We are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this position is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base compensation, this role includes a comprehensive benefit package which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
