Job summary

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems in Los Angeles is seeking a Production Technician to perform bench or line-assembly operations for refurbished washers, dryers, and subassemblies. You will adapt to various workstations and document all maintenance in our system.

A high school diploma or GED is desirable with 3+ years of mechanical experience. Strong hand-tools skills and safety priority are essential. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional heavier moves with a dolly.

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble machines and test mechanical and electrical components.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and repair mechanical components like motors, belts, bearings, pumps, valves, and control systems.
  • Document maintenance and repair activities, parts used, labor hours, and test results per procedures.
  • Build product subassemblies or final assemblies and assist in testing for functionality and quality.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production system reliability and performance.
