Job description

Job Overview:

Production Technician III

The Production Technician III is responsible for operating assigned stations, performing preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, making minor adjustments to maintain operational efficiency, and assisting other mechanics.

Shift & Schedule:

This is a full-time position on 2nd shift: Monday - Friday (weekends as needed), from 2:00pm - 10:30pm. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled is required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Handle empty cases and other line problems, train operators, perform quality checks, monitor for defective materials, and ensure line quality.
• Record data manually and chart process adjustments based on findings.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and facilities as required.

Total Rewards:

• Starting pay at $28.41 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. After 6 months, pay increases to $29.94 per hour.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with high-speed production machinery and quality monitoring.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 60 pounds repeatedly, and stand/walk for long periods.
